In todays show we go over our First Beatdown List of the 2009 Season.  For those of you who don't know. The Beatdown List is a breakdown over the beatdowns over the weekend.  The following teams make the list:

The College Beatdown recepients are :Tenessess Tech, Texas El Paso, Lafeyette, Grambling State,  and Sam Houston.  "Sam Houston".  How many schools are named after a person's first and last name. 

The Pro Beatdown Recepient are The Cleveland Browns.
